This page explains what information Wealth Building Financial (WBFIN LLC) collects, why, who it is shared with, and how you can control it.

What we collect
What you give us:
- Contact form: your name, email, subject, message, and whether you opted into email updates.
- Scheduling: the name, email, and time you provide when booking through Calendly.
- Anything you tell us by email or phone.
What is collected automatically:
- Basic traffic statistics — which pages were visited, referrer, approximate region, device type. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which sets no cookies and does no cross-site tracking.
What we do not collect: the calculators on this site run entirely in your browser. The income, savings, and age figures you enter are never sent to our servers, and we cannot see them.
Please do not send sensitive information through this site
Neither the contact form nor ordinary email is suitable for sensitive personal information. Please do not send:
- Social Security numbers or ITINs
- Complete tax returns, W-2s, 1099s, or similar documents
- Bank account numbers, routing numbers, or card numbers
- Account passwords or login credentials
When we need documents like these, we will provide a secure way to send them after a service relationship is established.
How we use it
- To answer your question, schedule a meeting, and deliver the services you ask for.
- To send you email updates, but only if you affirmatively opted in (see below).
- To understand which content is useful and improve the site.
- To meet legal, tax, and regulatory recordkeeping obligations.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not give your email address to third parties for their marketing.
Email updates and unsubscribing
We add you to our email list only if you check the box yourself. Updates cover new articles, tax deadlines, and planning notes. We do not use the list for product sales pitches.
You can unsubscribe at any time. Every email has an unsubscribe link, or email info@wbfina.com and we will remove you. Unsubscribing does not stop us from replying to questions you send us.
Third-party services we use
Some of your information passes through the services that make this site work:
- Cloudflare — hosting, security, traffic analytics, and delivery of contact-form email.
- Calendly — appointment scheduling. When you use the booking page, Calendly handles your information under its own privacy policy.
Beyond these, we disclose information only where the law requires it or where it is necessary to deliver a service you requested.
How long we keep it
Client records and correspondence are retained for the periods required by applicable tax and regulatory rules. Information we no longer need, and are not required to keep, is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to:
- Tell you what information we hold about you
- Correct anything inaccurate
- Delete it, except where we are required to retain it
- Stop sending you marketing email

Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies of its own. The Calendly widget embedded on the appointment page may set its own cookies, which Calendly controls.
Changes to this policy
If we revise this policy, we update the date at the top of this page. We will note significant changes on the site.
